About Stewart Property Services

Stewart Property Services Limited was established in 1984 to produce accurate and honest assessments of woodworm, dry rot, rising damp and condensation problems in domestic and commercial properties. Reports and method statements are produced to the highest of standards and recognised throughout the industry.

All our contracts are carried out by expert tradesmen, fully trained under an all trades contract and project managed by our experienced surveyors.

Since 1984 we have continued to work with many clients both in the private and commercial sector. They return regularly to use our services, relying on our honesty and integrity in our approach to our work. In 1990, following demand from our clients we further developed our skills into the renovation of commercial and residential properties.

On 1st April 2010, following the retirement of owners Mr & Mrs R. Stewart, a new company - Stewart Preservation Ltd, T/As Stewart Property Services - was formed to continue all aspects of the Stewart Property Services Ltd and Stewart Pest Control Ltd business.
